If selected, the nominee receives an all-expense paid trip to New York City, $5,000 for clothing and accessories, fashion consultation, and a complete hair and make-up transformation.

They are currently casting in Seattle, Nashville, San Diego, Houston, Washington, D.C., New York, Las Vegas.  But if your city is not listed, don't let that stop you they are adding more cities all the time.
